About Dr. Cook
Dr. Kathrine Cook graduated from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1992, where she took both small animal and large animal classes. She saw that there was a real need in southern Rhode Island for a veterinarian who would make house calls and started her Animal Health House Calls practice.
Kathy and her husband Bill have four dogs, five cats, a horse, two ferrets, a rabbit and some tropical fish. They also have a daughter and three grandchildren living in Wichita, Kansas.
In her spare time Kathy enjoys horseback riding with an emphasis on hunter, jumper, and combined training. An animal lover all her life, she has sometimes donated her time to treating pound animals.
